What to do if the parcel has been damaged?
It is very important to identify possible damage to the postal consignment at the moment of its delivery. It would be reasonable to open the damaged parcel and to check whether the items in the parcel are intact. If not, then record your findings together with the person who handed your parcel over to you. After that, make your application to us no later than 5 days from that.
If you discover after the receipt of your parcel, that your merchandise has been damaged, let us know about it as soon as possible, but no later than the five days from that. Definitely make your application before 30 days have passed from the date when the postal consignment was sent out.

If you want to make an application, then refer to our customer service. Make a separate application to each postal consignment. As a business customer, you may refer to your customer service agent, who will give you further instructions.
