How to register a parcel in the e-service?
- To register Your parcel, enter our self-service minu.omniva.ee and select "Send parcel" on the front page.Then select the appropriate service and parcel size, enter the details of the sender/recipient and pay for the service. In the e-service, you can print out the address card if you wish and in addition, we will send the parcel code to the sender by SMS and e-mail.
- By using the e-service, you can choose when and where your parcel will be picked up by the courier. The courier will pick up the parcel within 1.5 hours between 9:00 and 20:00. You will see the exact delivery time after registering the parcel in the e-service.
- You can also use additional services – these include handling with care, or a notification by text or e-mail when the parcel has been delivered.
In 20 bigger Estonian cities, your parcel will be picked up on the same day if you have made your request before 15:00. In other parts of Estonia, it will be picked up on the following working day.
Parcels will reach the recipient on the following working day. Private customers can also retrieve parcels on Saturdays.

- Print out the address card
Print out the address card and attach it to the parcel. You can also print out ‘Order information’ for confirmation and hand over the parcel to the courier for signing. - What if I don’t have access to a printer?
If you cannot print out the address card, write the Recipient and Addressee information on the parcel. Include the barcode, which will be sent to you by text.
