What to do if the letter is damaged?
It is very important to detect all possible damage at the time of delivery. It is reasonable to open the damaged letter and check if the items inside the envelope are intact. If not, you have to register it in the presence of the deliverer. After that you have to submit a claim to us within 5 days. Make sure to submit a claim until 30 days after posting the consignment.
In order to submit an application you have to contact our customer service. Submit a separate application for each damaged consignment. As a business customer you can contact your customer manager to get further instructions.
