How to send a parcel to a parcel machine?

You can send an international parcel to a parcel machine in Latvia or Lithuania. Register your parcel in our e-service, print out the address card and paste it on the parcel.

You can mail the parcel	to parcel machine, courier or post office
The parcel can be taken out	24/7
The parcel will arrive	D+1 (entire Latvia and Lithuanian capital Vilnius) or D+2 (the rest of Lithuania)
We keep the parcel in the terminal	up to 7 days

Parcel can weigh up to 30 kg. The mailing fee depends on the parcel size. You can choose between three sizes.

If you formalise the parcel in our e-service before leaving it in the parcel terminal, you can choose also additional services.

How to send a parcel with courier?

Packages can also be sent to Latvia and Lithuania by courier using our e-service.

You can hand over the parcel	You can choose a pick-up time for courier after registering your parcel.
Parcel will be delivered	To a business customer, we will deliver the parcel without priory phone call. If the addressee is a private customer, order additional service and we will call and agree on the appropriate delivery time and place.
Delivery time	The parcels will arrive in Latvia on the next working day, in Lithuania on the second working day.
